Invited by the world's peak union body to help revitalize their Qatar 2022 World Cup campaign strategy, I revised their approach and re-engaged union members worldwide — contributing to lasting changes in labor rights for migrant workers in Qatar.

I worked with the Australian Services Union to develop and articulate a digital vision and establish a strategy — marrying online and organizational goals — that drove their digital transformation, helping ASU mature into a nationally recognized leader in e-advocacy.
