My Story
I’ve spent the better part of 25 years working on some of the world’s most complex challenges — from labor rights in Qatar to climate campaigns spanning six continents, from helping re-elect Barack Obama to building the movement for marriage equality in Australia.
What I’ve learned along the way is this: passion is everywhere. It’s never what’s missing. What organizations struggle with — what I’ve watched hold back even the most committed, talented teams — is translating that passion into strategies that actually work, and building the capacity to see them through.
That’s why I started Cambio Global. Not to be just another consultant, but to be the partner I wished more organizations had access to — someone who’s been on the frontlines of change, shaped strategies, and knows what it takes to turn a bold vision into real results.
I work with mission-driven organizations at inflection points. When what got you here won’t get you where you want to go. When the stakes are high and the path forward isn’t clear. That’s exactly where I do my best work.
